- Establishment of Santair S.A. in July with their prime the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome.
- Appointed by Respironics Inc., as their Exclusive Distributors in Greece.
1998
- Starts activities in Oxygen Therapy.
- Opens its first branch office in Thessaloniki.
1999

- Maquet appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor for its Critical Care business unit in Greece.
- Abbot Point of Care appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor in Greece for the portable blood gas analyzer.
- Spacelabs appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor for all its products in Greece.
- Cardiac Science appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor for all its products in Greece.
- Obtains ISO 9001:2000 certification from the Swiss company SGS.
2005
- Nonin appoints Santair S.A. as its authorized distributor in Greece.
- Santair S.A. launches its Welcare "Home Health Care" Concept.
2006
- Welcare is the first in health care environment of Greece to start its network through the method of Franchise.
2007
- Santair S.A. establishes its Pharmaceutical Division and is appointed as the exclusive distributor of Minrad in Greece and Cyprus.
- Santair S.A. participates in the National Research Programme "Eureka".
- Minrad appoints Santair S.A. with exclusive distribution rights in Serbia, Montenergro, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
- Santair S.A. participates in the European research project "NEXES".
2008
- Sonosite appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor in Greece for all its portable ultrasound devices.
2009
- Sordina appoints Santair S.A. to exclusively market its operating tales, sterilization products and revolutionary LIAC device in Greece.
- The ISO 9001:2000 certification is upgraded to the ISO 9001:2008, enhancing consistent customer expectations and satisfaction through the systematic control of activities.
2010
- Hemodec appoints Santair S.A. as its exclusive distributor for its products.
- The company achieved high Credit Rating in the ICAP assessment, is awarded the "STRONGEST COMPANY IN GREECE - 2010" logo and is acknowledged as one of the strongest companies in Greece.
2011
- Μasimo International appoints SANTAIR S.A. as its exclusive distributor for its products.
- Η SANTAIR A.E. is certified according to ISO1348:2003 by Swiss company SAGS.
- The company achieves high Credit Rating in the 2011 ICAP assessment for second subsequent year and is awarded the "STRONGEST COMPANY IN GREECE - 2011" title an logo.
